Application
NPK 13-13-21 is specified for high-potassium-demand crops — sugar cane (West Kenya, Mumias), banana (Kisii, Embu, Meru), specialty horticulture, and selected tea applications where the KTDA 26:5:5 specification needs K supplementation.
The 21% K₂O makes 13-13-21 the highest-K standard NPK in the Sarpah compound range. For potato-specific applications, NPK 10-26-26 with its higher P content is typically preferred; for tea, the KTDA 26:5:5 spec is the primary choice.
